Choose wisely. I was raised to value stuff. People thriving, joyful, my single-minded value these last 25 years.

If you are a true american, pursuing the American dream, and you want someone to Champion that alongside you, do not let me get into City council. Will I fight folks that worship stuff? Never. That's not my place. 

Will I champion the thriving joyful life that only comes from radical service, like gospel Jesus and others showed us? I do, I will, with every breath. That's me. Make your choice wisely. And, if God gave me the power to force that on everyone, on anyone, I wouldn't. That's not what Jesus did. That's not what Apprentice James does.

Born and raised by the greatest Soul I've ever known personally, my dad, in a multi-million dollar house he worked seven days a week to create for us, in one of the wealthiest towns in the country.

I never lost my desire for his Joy of extreme serving, but I sure was seduced by the material wealth.

The first 25 years of my adulthood, in hindsight, I tried to prove my master Gospel Jesus wrong. I could serve God and mammon. Extreme Service and selfishness.

As a high tech, highly paid executive 27 years ago, I realized, every moment I wasted on stuff, I was leading me and others away from the thriving joy of serving. I made a choice. My only regret is that no one caused me to make that choice when I was 10, or 15, or 20.

I trashed any retirement plans, 6 months ago, and purchased a property that I don't use, i never will. I purchased it to have a solid floor at night, of safety, under the rare soul on the streets that wants that, a foundation to build their lives. It's very harsh, the 'way' there. Few people on the street want to use it. But some do. vvvvv

I sleep under the stars. I like what creator made, not what man makes. Except when man makes healthy thriving souls, by cultivating environments that produce that. That's me. That's me. Choose wisely, regarding City council.
